Process approach to waste management in Russia

The article is devoted to a relevant topic - formation of approaches improving the management system process handling solid municipal waste. An analysis available scientific sources allows us conclude that there trend in integration project and concept sustainable development Russian industry. On basis design approaches, authors have proposed structural functional model processes waste at regional level, result which will be transformation part into secondary materials energy resources.
